Academic and Non-Academic Misconduct, and Research Integrity
As of August 2016, The Johns Hopkins University Student Conduct Code applies to all students, including without limitation graduate students and student groups/organizations, whether recognized by the University or not. The Johns Hopkins University Student Conduct Code supersedes any other Whiting School or Engineering and Krieger School of Arts and Sciences nonacademic misconduct policies.
The Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and the Whiting School of Engineering have established policies to address instances of academic and research misconduct by all graduate students enrolled in full-time, part-time or non-degree (special student) Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and Whiting School of Engineering graduate programs (including EP and AAP in certain policies). Procedures for handling allegations of academic and research misconduct by full-time and part-time graduate students may be referenced on the General Graduate Student Policy page.
